Testimonials

Scenarios Based Tactical Operations

When the instructors told us about prior incidents they were involved in it didn’t come across as bragging, it came across as a peer trying to pass on valuable information. Highly professional, EVERY question asked gets answered to the best of their ability. Invaluable wealth of knowledge.

Whatever the process is for choosing instructors, is working, so far as I’ve seen in my experiences with NTOA training.

Another amazing NTOA training that our team gained knowledge and training experience from! Both instructors had and displayed great knowledge and were able to instruct in a way that was understood and retained!

The instructors worked well together and were excellent!!!

Scenarios Based Tactical Operations

This week, our SWAT team was put to the test, as they were instructed by two of the best NTOA instructors: Bill Yelton and Ben Cortina. This five-day course covered multiple areas of SWAT operations with an emphasis on Hostage Rescue.

It was a challenging and edifying week to say the least. Thank you, gentlemen, for the excellent training! And thanks to all of our role players for your valuable participation in our Simunitions scenarios.

Scenarios Based Tactical Operations

The instructors presented some new ideas that our team had never trained. Specifically, getting between the hostage being rescued and the hostage taker during hostage rescue training. In hind sight it seems like common sense, but I have been a student of tactical training for 24 years and have never been presented with this idea.

I really appreciated how Mr. Lariccia and Mr. Carmona allowed the course to flow. They were solid instructors with an incredible amount of knowledge and experience they were able to share and teach.
