Virtual Conference FAQs

Where can I find my agenda?

Your agenda was emailed to you. It is also available in your NTOA Members Portal, where you will find links to your scheduled presentations.
Access the portal at: https://members.ntoa.org using your username and password.

Will I receive a certificate for each presentation I attend?

Yes. A certificate is issued for each presentation you attend. You must log in using the same email address you used when registering. If you log in with a different email, your attendance will not be recorded.

How do I access my certificates?

Certificates will be available for download and printing approximately 24 hours after each presentation is completed.
To access your certificates, log in to the NTOA Members-Only Portal at https://members.ntoa.org
using your individual username and password.

Will the presentations be available for later viewing?

No. Presentations are not available for on-demand viewing and must be attended live.

How do I get my certificate?

Your certificate will be available to download from the NTOA Members-Only Portal approximately 24 hours after the presentation. To get to the members portal go to https://members.ntoa.org and login in using your Username and Password. Then click on “Training Record” on the left-hand side and you will then see your classes and have the capability to print certificates

May I send a substitute in my place?

No. Registrations are non-transferable and substitutions are not permitted.

I am unable to access my presentation. What should I do?

First, confirm that you received an email confirmation for the presentation. If you did not receive a confirmation, you were not registered.
If you are registered, try logging out, restarting your computer, and logging in again.

Do I need a camera and/or microphone to participate in the conference?

No. A camera and microphone are not required to view the presentations.

I cannot download or print my certificate in the Members Portal. Why?

Most often, this occurs because you logged in using a different email address than the one on file.
Please contact the NTOA office so your attendance can be verified and your record updated.
