The NTOA is proud to present this year’s impact report, which is a testament to our association’s unwavering dedication and outstanding achievements. This year, we set a record by delivering 320 classes, educating over 14,700 public safety professionals.
NTOA established the Hall of Honor to recognize individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the tactical community. The inaugural inductees were Charles “Sid” Heal, Ron McCarthy, Mike Hillmann and John Kolman.
NTOA hosted its first-ever National Negotiators’ Challenge, a unique opportunity for crisis negotiation teams to work together, challenge themselves, and compete against other teams nationwide. Ten teams from around the country participated.
