I am a non-exhibiting manufacturer/ distributor and would like to gain access to the tradeshow?

While other tradeshows may allow open access to walk their floor, the NTOA does not. In order to be approved for a badge, you must provide the following:

• Recommendation by the Executive Director, COO, Program Manager, Marketing Director or Board Member
• Must show any previous programs you have been involved in with the NTOA, i.e. (exhibiting, member tested, advertising, etc.)
• Have a meeting scheduled with an NTOA staff member to discuss your future participation.
• Must agree to the NTOA Solicitation and Suitcasing policy.
• If approved, you must pay the current exhibit hall badge fee.

If you have a meeting with a current exhibitor, they will need to contact the trade show manager, or you can conduct the meeting offsite.
