Trade show hours and setup hours are as follows:

Sunday – Aug 27, 2023 – 11:00am – 5:00pm
Monday – Aug 28, 2023 – 10:00am – 5:00pm

EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN
Friday, Aug 25, 2023 – 1:00pm – 4:30pm (Large Exhibitor Move-In Only)
Saturday, Aug 26, 2023 – 8:00am – 4:30pm
Sunday, Aug 27, 2023 – 8:00am – 9:30am

EXHIBITOR MOVE-OUT
Will begin Monday, Aug 28, 2023 at show closing (5:00pm)

Yes. Please go to the student registration desk and provide your government identification. NTOA staff will provide a pass to allow you access to the trade show. You may also attend the trade show seminars that are inside the trade show. Attendance is first-come, first-served.

Registration for exhibitors will take place at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center starting Saturday, Aug 26, 2023 – 8:00am – 4:30pm and Sunday, Aug 27, 2023 – 8:00am – 9:30am.
