APPLICATION
We are excited to announce scholarships to the NTOA’s 2026 Crisis Negotiations Conference in Chandler, AZ. Through the generosity of companies, applicants who meet the requirements will have the opportunity to attend, receive training and network with other officers from around the country and beyond.
Scholarships will cover the conference registration fee only; they do not cover hotel, travel, per diem, or any personal expenses. The conference scholarship is for the full-week package registration only.
What are the requirements?
- Must hold a current individual membership.
- Must fill out the application completely and correctly.
- Must not be a previous recipient of an NTOA conference scholarship.
