NTOA will deliver high-quality training with engaging speakers at our 23rd Annual Crisis Negotiations Conference in the beautiful desert city of Scottsdale, Arizona! Home to rugged wildlife preserves, lush golf courses and a beautiful Old Town District, Scottsdale has something for everyone.
Conference attendees will have the opportunity to attend numerous thought-provoking seminars taught by some of the leading crisis negotiations instructors in the country. Timely incident debriefs will be presented by those who were there.

APPLICATION
We are excited to announce scholarships to the NTOA’s 2023 Crisis Negotiations Conference in Scottsdale. Through the generosity of Vertx and Point Blank Enterprises, applicants who meet the requirements will have the opportunity to attend, receive training and network with other officers from around the country and beyond.
Scholarships will cover the conference registration fee only; they do not cover hotel, travel, per diem, or any personal expenses. The conference scholarship is for the full-week package registration only.
