Randolph County Regional SWAT for the Fittest SWAT Team Award
Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2026 NTOA Physical Fitness Qualification (PFQ) Challenge!
This year, 143 operators took on the challenge, putting their strength, endurance and determination to the test. Of those participants, 59 earned a passing score of 50 or higher.
Special recognition is in order for Capt. Tim Coats of the Randolph County Regional SWAT (NC) for the overall highest PFQ score of 144 points (Fittest Operator Award) and to Randolph County Regional SWAT for the Fittest SWAT Team Award.
Congratulations to everyone who stepped up and competed, and a special congratulations to those who earned a qualifying score!
